一、 Product Overview:
The valve body is a forged body, and the metal to metal seal between the valve plate and the valve seat is sprayed with tungsten carbide. The surface roughness can reach 0.2 μ m, ensuring reliable sealing; The sealing between the valve seat and the valve body adopts a non elastic lip shaped composite sealing ring with inner and outer reverse directions, sealed with PEEK material on the outside, loaded with C276 spring on the center, and lubricated with graphite on the inside, which maximizes the prevention of particle pollutants from entering the valve chamber, improves the working life of the valve plate and valve seat, protects the sealing surface of the valve body and valve seat from damage, and improves the sealing performance of the valve under low pressure. The valve stem seal adopts high-quality valve stem packing, which can assist in pressure sealing and withstand harsh temperature and fluid environments.
