一、 Main purpose and scope of application:
Used to fix the wellhead of the drilling well, connect the wellhead casing string to support the gravity of the technical casing and the oil layer casing, seal the annular space between each layer of pipes, provide transitional connections for installing blowout preventers, tubing heads, and Christmas trees, and perform construction operations such as mud pumping, monitoring, and adding balancing fluid through the two side ports on the casing head body.
The number of suspended casing layers can be divided into single-stage casing heads, two-stage casing heads, and three-stage casing heads; Single stage casing heads are generally used in low-pressure shallow formation production wells; Double stage casing head is suitable for most areas with clear formation pressure and is widely used; Third level casing heads are generally used in high-pressure deep wells or exploration wells;
